RENTAL CONDITIONS

AGE REQUIREMENT

For Groups A-C customers must be over 21. Credit card holders, minimum age 21, for cash renters, minimum age 23 - for groups D-N minimum age 25.

DRIVER'S LICENSE

A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.

MINIMUM RENTAL

One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/4 of daily rate.

TRAFFIC FINES

Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are bome solely by the renter.

DEPOSITS

Deposits for estimated charges are required at the beginning or rental with a minimum ef 117,39 EURO daily. No deposit is required from Credit Card holders honored by Reliable. Groups D - N cannot be rented on cash basis.

INSURANCE

All authorized drivers of Reliable vehicles are covered against fire and liability to thirs parties for death, injury or damage to property.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)

The renter's liability for damage to the Reliable vehicle can be reduced to 293,47 EURO for groups A-C, 440,20 EURO for groups D-K and 586,94 EURO for all other groups by paying an additional fee as follows: 11,74 EURO for groups A-C, 14,67 EURO for groups D-K and 23,48 EURO for groups V-N. The renter may waive the above liability by paying per rental day 7,34 EURO for groups A-C, 8,80 EURO for groups D-K and 14,67 EURO for groups V-N.

LIABILITY INSURANCE SUPPLEMENT (LIS)

Covers the renter and the additional authorized drivers versus third parties in case of injury for an unlimited amount and for property damage up to 146.735,14 EURO. The daily charge is 2,05 EURO for groups A-C and 2,93 EURO for groups D-N.

THEFT PROTECTION (TP)

Theft protection is an optional service which, if accepted, relieves the renter from all financial responsibility for loss or damage to the Reliable vehicle by or following theft according to the conditions of our rental agreement. T.P. can be obtained under the following daily charge: 5,87 EURO for groups A-C, 8,80 EURO for groups D-K and 11,74 EURO for groups V-N.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI)

For a charge of 2,93 EURO per day. Personal Accident Insurance can be obtained covering the driver and each passenger for: medical expenses 1.467,35 EURO and for loss of life or total/partial, permanent disablement: 44.020,54 EURO and 17.608,22 EURO respectively. Aggregate indemnity for every accident is limited to 88.041,08 EURO.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER CHARGE

2,93 EURO per day. All taxes are subject to 18 percent V.A.T.

AIRPORT CHARGE

6 percent on the basic rate.

GASOLINE

Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

REFUELLING SERVICE CHARGE

7,34 EURO

BABY SEATS

Available on request with a daily charge of 2,93 EURO.

LUGGAGE RACK

5,87 EURO daily

AVAILABILITY

Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

COLLECTION OF CAR TYPE

The company maintains the right to change the type of car in special cases.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGES

a. Each delivery or collection within city limits is charged with 14,67 EURO excluding Reliable Stations. b. Out of town charges for groups A-C 0,35 EURO per km, for all other groups, 0,59 EURO per km. Night deliveries/collections, 23,48 EURO each.

RENT-IT-HERE - LEAVE-IT-THERE SYSTEM

Applicable between towns following a written authorization from Reliable Greece. Unlimited rates are excluded. For all other towns, a charge of 0,35 EURO per km for groups A-C and 0,59 EURO for all other groups, for the distance between the delivering and collecting points is required.

ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS

An advanced written authorization from Reliable Greece is required.

FERRYING THE CAR

An advanced written authorization from Reliable Greece is required.
