Rental extension |

The client can always extend the rental period if this is necessary. The extra cost will be paid at the end of the rental, or by client’s credit card ( after client’s authorization ). |

Car replacement |

|
In case of accident or not fixable mechanical problem, it is possible to replace the vehicle. The time needed for the replacement depends on car availability and the place the client is. |

Key loss |
|
|
In this case, the client has to pay in order for a new key to be fixed ( all keys are equipped with an immobilizer code, and the cost may reach 250 € for some car types ). The same if the client forgets the key inside the car with all doors locked and it has to be opened by a specialist ( if no spare key is available ). |
